The gear unit division of the WEG Group in Europe has a new Managing Director

Klaus Sirrenberg assumes leadership of WEG subsidiaries effective immediately.

WEG, a leading global manufacturer of motor and drive technology, has appointed Klaus Sirrenberg to the position of Managing Director of their subsidiaries Watt Drive Antriebstechnik with headquarters in Markt Piesting (Austria), Watt Drive in Unna (Germany), and Württembergische Elektromotoren in Balingen (Germany). Effective immediately, he succeeds the incumbent Managing Director, Wolfgang Meyer, who will assume a leading role in a sales position for generators in Europe.
